I first used Richard a couple of years ago on some renovation work, and was very impressed by his standard of work, and the fact he left everything clean and tidy at the end of each working day. Since then he as completed several smaller jobs, and one quite large job for me. Richard has a cheery outlook on life, and always offers his advice free with out being overbearing. I shall definately be using Richard again.

Richard replastered our very large front room in our Victorian house and completed a brilliant job. Right from the initial quotation stage, he turned up very punctually and was extremely helpful to us in preparation for the plastering job. Richard completed the plastering in a very professional manner, and to a very high standard - we couldn't have asked for a beter finish! He is a truly genuine person, with a good sense of humour, and is a tradesman to trust! He always turned up on time to start work punctually, and his knowledge of the trade is vast. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone needing a plasterer, even though he isn't the cheapest out there. But then as the addage goes 'you get what you pay for'........ Richard and his employees recently completed various plastering works for my company in Exeter which was of an extremely high standard considering the age of the property and the confined circumstances of the site.Richard was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the programme of works were met thus making my job a lot easier and the clients were very impressed with his standards.I would not hesitate to use Richard again on any further projects of such a nature and its reassuring to know there are still some genuine tradesmen left in the industry. I called Richard Brown as we needed to have our newly boarded ceiling plastered. It is so refreshing these days to get someone to provide you with an accurate quote, turn up when they say and do a professional job. He did a fantastic job and left the room as clean as when he started. Richard is a very genuine guy and I would have no hesitation in using him again Delighted with the job, many thanks again !!

We had a really serious problem with a very old ceiling that had collapsed. We were in Spain and could not leave. Richard is one of the very people I would have entrusted with this work while not being present to assess progress and our trust was entirely justified. The work was impeccable and it was very refreshing to encounter this level of service in today's world.

Im absolutly thrilled with the work richard has done.He has just rendered our house and done a fantastic job.He is very professional, punctual and tidy.He was'nt our cheapest quote but we wanted a good job done after having plastering done in the past and going for the cheapest quote we where very dissappointed and said we would use only good experience tradesmen in the future it was worth paying the extra.He suggested that we looked at what he had already done on this website and we where very impressed.We found this site very useful.David is very nice too. I would definately recommend richard for any plastering or exterior rendering, he rendered our garage and plastered our kitchen walls and ceilings and covered that dated artex, he is very clean and very punctual even worked on a sunday and bank holiday friday, not only is his work second to none to top it off he is a really nice bloke. many thanks once angain for a great job.
